
CEDAR CREEK LANDING CAMPGROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS
Use of the campground is at your own risk and management assumes no responsibility for conduct leading to an accident, injury or property damage
- Camper check in is after 2pm and check out is before 11am
Note: $25.00 Fee for early arrivals and late departures
- All newly arrived campers must check in at the office before setting up – Sussex County requires all trailers and campers to stay 5 feet away from side and rear boundaries of your site
- Managements preference is for late model RV’s and therefore No Camper or RV may be older than 10 years (consideration will be given to restored and upgraded campers) and must prominently display a Campground Permit visible from the street (Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to any camper whose Camper/RV, regardless of age, is deemed by management to be not in fit condition or in such appearance as to enhance the overall quality look of the campground.)
- Each year we must have a current copy of proof of comprehensive / full insurance coverage, and the trailer / motor home must have current tags mounted on rig.
- Speed Limit 5 Miles Per Hour
- All visitors and guests must check in at the office
- All visitors must park in the visitor parking lots NOT at the campsite
- Nightly stays include 2 adults and 2 children all others 3 and older will be charged 5.00 per night per person
- No parking on the roads
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool, clubhouse, playground or game room unless prior permission is obtained for special functions
- NO excessive drinking!
- Pets must have proof of current vaccination for rabies. AT ALL TIMES pets MUST be on a 6' or shorter leash, attended, and cleaned up after. (Carry a clean up bag when walking your pet.) Excessive barking is not tolerated. Owner may be asked to take animal home if the above rules are violated.
- Quiet time begins at 11 PM through 8 Am - any excessive noise is prohibited at all times – Game room closed at 10 PM
- All children under the age of 16 must be at their campsite by 9 PM unless accompanied by an adult – no child or dependant under the age of 21 is permitted to occupy the campsite unless accompanied by parent– camp site patrons are responsible for all guest conduct – adult or children – misconduct may be cause for eviction
- Fires are to be contained within the fire ring provided (no stacking) and attended at all times. Fires must be kept small and put out completely with water (do not use sand) by 12 AM or when leaving the site. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for any fire or hot coals left either unattended, not put out by 12 AM, or requiring management's attention. Drought conditions may require a fire ban
- Limit of 1 camper and 1 car per camp site – motorcycles, scooters, atv’s and mopeds are prohibited – one (1) electric golf cart per site is permitted but must be registered at the office and driven by a licensed driver – no children drivers – all vehicles must be parked off the road and on your site
- No more than 1 boat and 1 boat trailer per site
- Respect other peoples’ campsites – no walking or driving across or through campsites
- Flag display must be attached to your camper or shed
- Trash must be bagged and be put into dumpster – please double wrap all fish and crab refuse – campers are responsible for keeping their campsite clean and free of trash and clutter
- The restrooms and bathhouse are to be kept clean. Please let the office know if they need attention
- Bicycles are not to be operated after dusk. Delaware state law requires that all children wear a helmet when riding a bicycle.
- A gate card will be issued for each vehicle ($10.00 refundable cash deposit required for each card).
- We cannot hold any site without a deposit.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Refunds with 7 days notice will be given less a $5.00 service charge.
- NO refunds or cancellations on Memorial weekend, Labor Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Halloween weekend or the 2 Nascar weekends.
- These weekends will require a minimum of 3 day stay.
- DO NOT flush anything but toilet tissue down the toilets.
- Strictly Prohibited: Firearms, explosives (including firecrackers), archery equipment, slingshots, power tools, motorized bikes (of any kind), alcohol off campsite, loud or disorderly conduct, and abusive language.
